The Wild Thyme location in Marina closed in June last year. He had a soft-opening for the Salinas Wild Thyme restaurant in mid-February, about eight months after it was initially anticipated to open. He also runs Michael's Catering as well as co-owns Boardwalk Subshop locations in Salinas and Monterey. Restaurant owner Terry Teplitzky is well known in the area's culinary world and has decades of restaurant experience on the Central Coast.
